Vaccine Requirement for 2015-2016 School Year
Dear Parents and Guardians of 12th Grade Students,
All current 12th graders will need to have a 2nd booster dose of the meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine before September 4th. If documentation of the vaccination is not provided to the school nurse before September 9th, the student will be excluded from attending school and all school activities.
While most students would have received their 1st MCV4 dose in the 6th grade, it is now required to have a 2nd dose—unless the 1st does was given on or after the student’s 16thbirthday, the student does not need the
