Vaccine Requirement for 2015-2016
Dear Parents and
Guardians of 11th Grade Students,
All students entering
the 12th grade next year will need to have a 2nd booster dose of the
meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine before
the first day of the 2015-16 school year.
While most students
would have received their 1st MCV4 dose in the 6th grade,
it is now required to have a 2nd dose—unless the 1st
