Transportation: Busing is available but you MUST call the transportation department—875-6524 ext 86700—to make arrangements by August 1.

 **There is no cost to attend orientation**

If you would like to order a class t-shirt and spirit bag, bring $15 with you.

Vaccine Requirement for 2015-2016 School Year

 Dear Parents and Guardians of 11th Grade Students,

All students entering the 12th grade next year will need to have a 2nd booster dose of the meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine before the first day of the 2015-16 school year.

While most students would have received their 1st MCV4 dose in the 6th grade, it is now required to have a 2nd dose—unless  the 1st does was given on or after the student’s 16thbirthday, the student does not need the

Please call your child’s doctor or the Elkhart County Health Department (574-523-2127) to schedule this as soon as possible. When completed, please mail or fax the updated vaccine record attention School Nurse Concord High School.
